About the Founder
Leo HR was founded to provide practical, straightforward HR and employment law support to businesses that do not have in-house HR expertise.
The founder of Leo HR is legally qualified and brings hands-on experience from both the legal and business worlds. Having owned and operated an Ofsted-rated Outstanding early years setting for almost a decade, they understand first-hand the challenges employers face when managing staff, navigating employment law, and maintaining compliance within regulated sectors.
This real-world experience means Leo HR provides pragmatic advice that works in practice, not just in theory. Businesses receive clear, proportionate guidance to help them manage employee matters confidently while reducing legal and compliance risks.
Alongside supporting start-ups and small businesses with their day-to-day HR needs, Leo HR also offers specialist support for organisations operating in regulated environments, including settings subject to Ofsted and CQC inspections, where strong HR practices and safeguarding compliance are essential.
